Rent is due on or before the first of each month. Fees accrue daily for late rental payments, so please pay on time!

Please call us at (614) 477-1054 at any time to renew your lease.

We ask that all leases be renewed by October 1st.

Anthony & Kimberly Properties, LLC advises that all tenants have renter’s insurance to cover any loss you may accrue due to theft, fire, water damage, etc. Anthony & Kimberly Properties, LLC is not responsible for and does not cover loss of the personal possessions of tenants.

Security deposits are returned in the form of one check. It is up to the tenants to designate, in writing, which of them we should make the check out to.

Complimentary towing service is provided. Please call us for towing needs.

When moving out, please make sure to do the following:

  • Leave contact address to send your deposit
  • Clean your unit for inspection as stated in your move out checklist
  • Return all keys
  • Provide a forwarding phone number and address
  • Pay your account balance and all utilities in full
  • Set your thermostat to 55 degrees or higher
  • Do not disconnect your utilities, only take them
    out of your name

Please do the following whenever you leave for extended holidays or school breaks:

  • In winter months, please leave your heat on to prevent pipes from freezing and open cabinet doors under sinks
  • Remove expensive items from the premises
  • Lock all doors and windows
  • Ask the post office to hold your mail until your return
  • Set your thermostat to 55 degrees or higher
